- Because of our growing business we will assign a technician that will know you and your system to manage your account. In most cases, you will deal with the same technician throughout your contract. This ensures a knowledgeable technician that will be familiar with your computer system.
- Monthly Contract prices includes system maintenance, software updating, virus removal, registry cleaning, optimizing your computer, internet connection problems, Installing printer/s, basic networking (home, small businesses up to 3 pc's and other peripherals i.e. USB etc.
- Monthly Contract prices exclude any hardware that might be needed.
- Your PC is serviced free of charged. p.s. This excludes any Hardware, 1 pc per household or business. Remotely. If we need to come to your premises an additional transport charges will apply.
